Rotisserie Chicken Salad

1 lb John Soules Foods Rotisserie Style Chicken Breast Strips, thawed
16 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
1 Grapefruit, segmented
1 Orange, Segmented
1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into ¼” dice
1 bunch Green Onions, thinly sliced
8 oz Your favorite Salad Dressing


Preheat an oven to 375°F. Place the John Soules Rotisserie Style Chicken Breast Strips on a cookie sheet and loosely cover with foil. Place in the oven for 12 minutes, or until 165°F.

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and the reheated chicken. Toss with your favorite salad dressing and arrange equally on four plates and serve. Serves 4.
