Rotisserie Chicken Salad
Cooking Time: 12 – 15 minutes
|1 lb||John Soules Foods Rotisserie Style Chicken Breast Strips, thawed|
|16||Romaine Lettuce Leaves|
|1||Red Bell Pepper, cut into ¼” dice|
|1 bunch||Green Onions, thinly sliced|
|8 oz||Your favorite Salad Dressing|
Preheat an oven to 375°F. Place the John Soules Rotisserie Style Chicken Breast Strips on a cookie sheet and loosely cover with foil. Place in the oven for 12 minutes, or until 165°F.
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and the reheated chicken. Toss with your favorite salad dressing and arrange equally on four plates and serve. Serves 4.
