Chicken and Egg Breakfast Wrap

1 oz John Soules Foods Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, diced
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Milk
½ oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese



Lightly spray a microwave safe bowl with Pam. Whisk together eggs and milk, add cheese and chicken. Stir together. Pour mixture into the bowl and place in microwave. Heat on high for 1 to 1 ½ mins. in 30 sec. intervals. Turn out onto a plate and serve. Or, for a breakfast wrap, roll up in a warm tortilla. Serve.
