Certified Angus Beef – Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich

|1 lb||John Soules Foods Certified Angus Beef® Beef Steak, thawed|
|4||Hoagie Rolls, split|
|2 tbsp||Vegetable Oil|
|1||White Onion, thinly sliced|
|1||Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced|
|8 slices||Provolone Cheese|
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large skillet over medium high heat cook the onions and bell peppers in the vegetable oil, until caramelized. Add the thawed John Soules Foods Certified Angus Beef® Beef Steak and cook an additional 3 minutes, stirring the vegetables and beef together.
Spoon the vegetable and beef mixture in equal amounts on the hoagie rolls, top each with 2 pieces of Provolone cheese and place into the oven until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. Remove from oven and place sandwich on a plate or serving tray and serve.
