Certified Angus Beef – Mexican Creole

Ingredients

1 lb John Soules Foods Certified Angus Beef® Carne Asada, thawed
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Onion, chopped
1½ cup Tomato, chopped
1½ cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Cumin
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
½ tbsp Salt
½ tbsp Black Pepper
½ Lime, juiced
3 tbsp Cilantro, chopped

 

Directions
Spanish Rice mix, cooked to their directions. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until soft, add the tomato and cook an additional 2 minutes. Add the John Soules Foods Certified Angus Beef® Carne Asada, cumin, cayenne, salt and black pepper, cook an additional 3 minutes. Add the Lime juice and Cilantro, stir together well and serve over your favorite Spanish Rice.
