Certified Angus Beef – Beef Fajita Tacos

Ingredients

8 oz John Soules Foods Certified Angus Beef® Steak Strips, thawed
1 Sliced Pepper (green, red, yellow or combination)
1 Sliced Onion
1 cup Shredded Cheese
1 cup Topping (salsa, guacamole, sour cream or combination)
4-6 Tortillas (flour or corn)
1 tbsp Olive Oil

 

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the John Soules Foods Certified Angus Beef® Steak Strips until 160°F. Cook an additional 2 minutes with the peppers and onions. Remove from heat.

Take the remaining ingredients and place on serving platter. Place cooked meat, peppers and onions and place on serving platter. Fill tortillas with desired ingredients. Serve.
