Beef or Chicken Fajitas

24 oz John Soules Foods Beef or Chicken Fajitas
1 Large Yellow Onion, sliced
2 Red Bell Peppers, sliced
2 Yellow Bell Peppers, sliced
Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, Cheese, and Sour Cream as desired
8-12 Tortillas (flour or corn)



Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add the peppers and onions and cook for 4 to 5 mins, or until soft. Add the JSF Beef or Chicken Fajitas and cook an additional 4 to 5 mins. Transfer to a plate and serve immediately with the tortillas, pico de gallo, guacamole, cheese and sour cream as desired.
