Asian Beef & Vegetable Stirfry

Ingredients

1 lb John Soules Foods Angus Beef Steak, thawed
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Small Onion, cut into strip
2 cups Broccoli Florets
½ cup Carrots, cut into small strips
1 cup Red Bell Pepper, cut into small strips
1 cup Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into small strips
1 cup Snow Peas
1 clove Garlic, minced
½ cup Prepared Stir-fry Sauce
4 cups Cooked White Rice

 

Directions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the onion, peppers and garlic, cook 3 to 4 minutes. Add the John Soules Foods Angus Beef Steak, broccoli florets and snow peas. Cook an additional 2 minutes, add the stir fry sauce and cook an additional 2 minutes. Spoon over rice and serve. Serves 4.
